Here is my podcast interview with the super-friendly Winemaker Philippe Gilbert from Domaine Philippe Gilbert, Menetou-Salon, Loire Valley, France. The Wine Bar was particularly busy and noisy on the day we recorded this, hence the terrible noise at the start of the interview… also, it was one of my very first times using the Audacity software… Sorry about that. Not to worry though. After we closed the door of the wine storage room everything went swimmingly. After the interview we went for a few drinks at my favourite bar, The Communist’s Daughter and had a whale of a time. Hope to see you again sometime soon Philippe!
