I have to admit that I was so bloody anxious about interviewing the venerable wine writer Hugh Johnson that the evening before I stayed up all night reading his autobiography “A Life Uncorked” (and polishing off a couple of bottles of wine) to prepare myself for the interview. One of my favourite interview subjects ever… for obvious reasons. I think that one can detect just how nervous I am here…
